He listened to all our concerns with the property and used that information to help us get our home for a great price. Eric was amazing to work with! Great communication and very quick to reply. Went above and beyond to show us as many houses as possible on the short period we were in town. Once we found the one, he was on top of everything, advising us, checking in every so often and helping us throughout the process. He was a breath of fresh air after getting 2 realtor referrals that went silent on us when we had already traveled over 200 miles to see houses.
